Warranty Policy

At The Craft Land (A Product of Fibra International), we take pride in delivering high-quality planters to our valued customers. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. To demonstrate our commitment to quality and customer service, we offer the following warranty policy for our planters:-

Limited Warranty Coverage

Duration: Our warranty coverage applies to planters purchased through our website and is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Coverage: This warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It does not cover any paint damages caused by rough handling after delivery.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your planter is eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team via email at thecraftlandindia@gmail.com or through our online contact form, providing the following information:-

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the defect or issue
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Original Purchase Invoice

Our Customer Support team will assess your claim and may request additional information.

After assessing your claim, if we determine that the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:-

  • Repair: We will arrange for the repair of the defective part or component.
  • Replacement: We will provide you with a replacement planter.
  • Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we may offer a refund for the purchase price.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damages or defects caused by improper assembly, installation, or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading of finishes due to exposure to the elements.
  • Issues arising from modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Plants, soil, or other items placed inside the planter.

Shipping and Handling

In the event that a warranty claim results in a repair or replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping and handling for the new item or repaired part. However, you may be responsible for return shipping fees for the defective product.

Warranty Disputes

In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding a warranty claim, we will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution. If a mutually agreeable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by the applicable laws in our jurisdiction.
